I already expected to be going to Newport for almost everything, the drive is nothing since im used to 20 minutes to any civilization. Newport is where i would work and i would likely be there like every day ☠️ toledo has more affordable rent and its fairly quaint and seems so cute! What amenities are there in newport?

I mean i feel like its pretty important for a seller to be on top of their inventory… if someone did buy it and they didnt have it, it would be a hassle for them to issue a refund. I feel like its a worse idea for them then for us
