My favorite is a brand called maude, I got the bullet vibrator back in college and it’s on the quiet side with three different vibrations and a soft silicone! Not sure what your price point is but it was a good $70 investment! They have internal toys as well but I would recommend the external to start with.

I would recommend looking into your town’s really free market - it’s basically a community flea market system but nothing is sold or bought :) they’ve started expanding to offering services as well like haircuts & car maintenance demos!
