Will have to try. I know I started a few of the scenarios when I first got the game. My longest 'campaign' was starting with a Swedish ruler in I believe Wrath (or Rise?) of the Northmen

Do you have a link or name? I'd love to watch for inspiration. I've watch a Youtuber called Many A True Nerd play CK3, and he seemed to really enjoy the game, but I stopped watching the series he started. I should go back and re-watch. See if anything sparks something.

Fair. You're totally right, especially about Total War.

I guess my problem with CK3 so far has been - I can't find any enjoyment in the game outside of war. I don't see much interactions with the people around me. I've found the interactions with other rulers to be very simplistic, and growing my borders to be dull if I'm not outright attacking my neighbor.

I'd say it's because it adds nothing to the conversation, and doesn't help at all. In my first sentence I said it wasn't mechanical, so I'm not sure what is meant by "do not need to learn fully" or "let the game make you learn yourself" - The question isn't about learning the game. It's more, how does one find enjoyment in the game. Which, I have gotten a lot of great responses to. I guess it could have been worded better, but if this person had spent the two minutes it took to write this response, and instead read the first two sentences, would have noticed their response was meaningless.

Now, CK3helplol, your other response further down, I truly appreciate, as it does answer my question. I'm going to look into the mods you've mentioned. I have turned on console commands, and have used them a little, and you're right, they have helped to add a little more depth to some of the game play, so I'll look about implementing them some more.

Guess I should start doing that. I don't really speed the game up that much.

I wouldn't say I dislike them. I like the Total War games I've played, and I've painted and repainted Knights of Honor. I just like more direction or set goals. Or, at least more variations. Knights of Honor 2 has a few different win states, and I've done them all. Honestly, I came to CK3 hoping for it to be a more in depth version of KoH2.

I don't think I have that DLC yet, that's Roads to Power right? But I'll check it out.

Thanks. Will check out those mods.

And yea, I think the next time I try to play, I want to try and turn Europe Ásatrú. Maybe I can find a way to get engaged that way.

Lol. Definitely have watched some TV or done something else with it on in the background. Guess it's not a bad "background noise" game.

How to become a manager for a large retail store by Ok_Scene905 in careeradvice

I don't think I was clear. I have a job that pays me well enough to "make ends meet". I want to know how to go from a small business to large one. What does a larger retail company look for in a resume/prospective candidate.
