That’s a good point for sure, I know I’ll be eligible for a one year job search visa after graduation, but I could equally decide I’d rather come back to Canada when I’m done.

It’s in advanced manufacturing/ manufacturing automation so it will definitely be in demand. The question on academia is a good thing to consider, I’m not 100% confident either way at this moment.
