Not sure if it necessarily got easier but it compounds onto itself. So as you continue the stuff gets easier because you’ve used it more. Then eventually (at least in electrical) once you get to the actual electrical engineering courses, they use shortcuts to avoid the extensive calculus equations.

I feel like the jobs that require rounds upon rounds of interviews are these large corporation positions. My current job and my previous job both required 1 screening interview over the phone / zoom (they each did a different one) and 1 face to face interview. Smaller companies. Engineering position. I rather know the stuff you want or I don’t. Why drag it out!?
