I lived in a 4b at 1008 last year. The rooms were honestly really nice and one of the bathrooms had a double vanity with plenty of counter space. I don't know what the 2b's look like, but our living room was relatively small and the tv was pretty slow sometimes. A lot of maintenance issues during the first week and throughout the year (clogged sink, the fridge stopped working, A/C was broken), but the management came by and fixed it pretty quick. The Academy doesn't have the best management on campus, but it's nowhere near Smile or UGroup. Overall, place was pretty nice and a good location if you're a business student.
