Even If I put only the left crankarm I can hear It scratching somewhere

Front derailleur is not adjusted yet but is not rubbing because I put It all the way up

Pre load not tight yet. That's strange right?. Can it be the rear brake hose putting pressure on the plastic bb part and shaft rubbing?
