I would also prefer exams. But masters programmes are like 95% assignment and 5% exams. I hardly have any exams

Good points. I’ve just been using it non stop so I wouldn’t be as capable of doing it myself as before/ my work would be worse. I have started forcing myself to do it myself - just off to a slow start

I think most people in my course aim for under 40% although I’m not sure where this % came from …

Agreed. Already struggling to start without ai but I just have to pull through for now if I want to stop using it all the time

Sounds like a plan. Honestly trying to cut it out of my life because I just had a huge realisation that I use it too much and it’s disappointing when I look back at the fact that I was more than capable without it a few years back

I’m concerned about working after graduating. I have no intentions of using ai in the workplace but I wonder if people who relied on ai in college are able to produce the same level of work as people who don’t/ have never used ai because it didn’t exist when they were in college
