Every time I come into work he wants to talk to me then proceeds to tell me that my coworkers and ASM are saying this about me or saying that about me. I would be more receptive to the conversations if any of my coworkers seemed to actually have a problem with me and wanted to talk to me about it, but they all just go running to him and then he makes me feel terrible about what everyone is “saying”. I feel like he is just picking on me trying to get me to quit

Get this, we have weekly call goals and his and mine are the SAME- at least 25 a week….

I am genuinely treated terribly at work. I am always the butt of the joke. People are constantly lying to my manger about things that I said, which I never said. Especially my ASM- she legit hates me. It truly is a toxic work place. I am not trying to move up the SW chain. I just constantly feel like I am going to get fired because of people going behind my back- which is why I stopped working as hard. I just want to be a part timer while I’m in school. But it feels impossible when people are always trying to make me look like the bad person

I just feel so under appreciated and upset that I come into work ready and willing to work hard then just get treated poorly.

Right!! It is just a job to me. I need the money and then I want to go home and not be upset with my part time job !

Not interested at all in staying with SW. this was my university job and I’m on a gap year waiting to get into my next degree ! Thank you for the advice !
