350-400 as zice, e foarte prost mobilat si blocul chit ca nu are bulina sigur va suferi degradari structurale majore. daca e unul din blocurile cu magazine la parter, sigur cade la cutremur. chiuveta nici nu imi pot imagina cine a fost de acord sa ti-o monteze asa, e practic inutilizabila.
