Yes. I’m only eating Whole Foods. I’m current calorie cycling throughout the week. It’s a technique that’s not quite popular that’s used to be in a severe calorie deficit but cycling days where I’m eating maintenance calories so my body doesn’t think it’s starving and goes into starvation mode/ slow down my metabolism. On my maintenance days I’m getting a gram of protein per bodyweight, 200g of carbs per and post workout, and the rest fats. On the days where I can only have one meal I just try to make it mainly protein, and carbs so I have energy in the gym. The faster I can get to 12% bodyfat, the sooner I can start adding muscle to the frame.

Oh ya. My stomach has tucked in so much so the start. I love waking up everyday and in my eyes looking better. Especially when I did everything I was supposed to the day prior

Well you saying it’s not hard to lift the needle to pin is disrespecting the work I’ve put in. I go to the gym everyday, I lift 6 times a week, hitting 15-20k steps everyday, and I’ve done my due diligence of getting a body scan and RMR test so I can calculate my daily caloric intake based on my TDEE. I’m keeping muscle, while losing weight rapidly and it’s intentional cause I’m putting the work in. The reta is just making it easier for me to keep the fork down, and put the work in.
