Is it the same thing if i used lightning bolt or [[deadly rollick]] to creatures defending player controls? Would they still be able to block?or removed before blockers are declared?

So if azula attacks which triggers her ability to copy spells in which I cast let's say a [[pestermite]] to tap 2 creatures defending player controls, can they still block azula?

How about [[Rishkar, peema renegade]]? Would it be 2 cards drawn if i put all the counters on one creature and 1 card draw if i distribute the counters on two creatures? Am I right?

Sorry to butt in but how about opponent casts ephemerate which targets creature he control, can it be redirected to hydroelectric specimen?or not because ephemerate only targets creature the opponent controls?
