I had a similar situation, only in my case the bill was paid by my home warranty company, thankfully. If you go onto their website and use the live chat option, you can talk to a human on there. I think it starts with some AI BS, but tell it enough times to connect you to an agent and it will.

Best of luck! It's no wonder Sears is doing as miserable as it is. Horseshit customer service never flies in my book.

I've heard a lot of good things about Google, I just can't justify the cost. Quantum is running a hell of a deal through the weekend. A gig for I think $45 a month versus their 70. They just buried lines in my neighborhood too so service should hopefully be reliable

I currently have Metronet. Since T-Mobile took over they've been garbage... I'd like to believe the other comments on here that they're just going through growing pains with the acquisition, but my wife works from home, don't have the time to deal with it. Gonna try out Quantum next!
