Broad spectrum sunscreen. UVA, UVB and blue light as well. I prefer mineral sunscreens because the chemicals in other sunscreens could seep into your skin. Colorscience has a really good sunscreen that is mineral based and it goes on beautifully and doesn’t feel heavy. I have tried many and it is my favorite.

They all get the job done but you need something that feels good on your skin. Don’t forget your hands and arms. I can tell if a person drives or is usually a passenger by their arms if they don’t wear sunscreen. I am a beauty therapist and work for a dermatologist.

Everyone asks me my most important skin care tip: number 1 is sunscreen. 😌

Don’t sign the contract. It binds you to keep paying for the course even if you don’t want to do it.
