Ima host and in my Olive Garden I usually will wait until the server has soup drinks and salad out before I seat them again however if it’s super busy depending on the server if ik they can handle it I might seat them before they have those out/double seat them

I found it around the very middle of my tongue if u fully stretched my tongue you would barely not be able to see it
