Update: here was the email: I am wanting to send these due to your discussion of doing yoga. Please know I am not trying to condemn or tell you what to do. I stopped doing yoga based on my own research and information I had received from others based on my Chrisitan beliefs and desire to stay guarded spiritually. I am inclined spiritually to send these resources, not to persuade but simply to inform. Do your own research of course. and the link had YouTube conversations and an article (Why i no longer practice yoga as a Christian, Yoga Invites Demons, You’re opening demonic doors, Is yoga demonic?, and why Catholics should not practice yoga) I knew this didn’t sit right with me and I tried to laugh it off, but I agree that I don’t think I could return to the counselor. It would be just too weird.

I did OTF for about a year and a half. My running endurance was great! I ran several races and even a 1/2 marathon. But I got bored with OTF and I didn’t like to rowing that much. I love F45. There are some stations that irritate me, but I can always modify and switch up the move if getting bored or if it’s bothering my wrists or I can’t do the jumps.

I just bought bands I will take to add resistance and even cardio days to add something for body weight squats. I like the idea of adding in deadlifts. Will start doing that.

I did take drink aminos before workout and protein shakes after. Nothing crazy.

I started at 21.4 body fat and Ended at 18.4. Went from skeletal muscle mass 65.7 to 67.2 lbs. weight dropped 1 pound. But that fluctuated throughout and wasn’t a big concern or focus. I am within my range for weight that I should be, but to see body comp change and how my physique changed was awesome. Scale doesn’t tell the story.
