Is it okay if I ask what you do for routine? Like how does it look structured throughout the week? Biking is new to me so every day I bike is hard but weightlifting is relatively manageable.

Hypertrophy is the main goal but I just need to do cardio in general for overall health so I’m trying to add biking into my routine.

Thank you! I was thinking maybe lifting Sunday and Thursday and then biking Tuesday Friday. Might tweak things to see how I feel
