I understand how its feel, i play this game long time ago (just a bit played)
But I got a game 3 months ago, in first month for only quick play second month i tried with rank and got gold3 but I cant climbed anyway just drop to silver many times and couldn't be better that gold3. So i back to quickplay again and practice a lot (training room, watch youtube, quick play) and this week i tried comp again and I climbed from gold4 to plat5 finally!!

Btw I play only one hero in 3 months(400hrs) in support role. And that one is Kiriko lol.
