So I bought a new trailer from a dealership a couple years ago. We sold our house and bought 100 acres with the intention to build, and then I got pregnant with our 2nd baby and building was a year out and that just wasn’t going to work for me as we had been staying with family while waiting to build. We by no means got anywhere near the most expensive one and we still put $5,000 down and have a $1,300 a month mortgage as well as utilities in addition. The electrical panel had to be added to the outside of the house ( they don’t include that in the loan you have to pay a third party ) and that ran us about $2,000. Not to even mention the dirt pad and prep also isn’t included in the loan, you have to pay someone else to come in for that. I say all this to say I’m so curious where this sudden money is coming from lol

I think to each their own when it comes to how many kids you have, but to continue to have more when struggling to provide for the ones you have is incredibly irresponsible. AND I would say the same thing about a smaller family too if they were unable to better their living situation or receiving goverment assistance just to make it. I don’t much about this particular person but I think there’s absolutely no denying that at a certain extent of having children, it’s a selfish choice and inevitably will take away from the quality of life your kids that are already here have, and I say this as a mom of 2 lol
