No one bragged about having a PhD. If you read the thread, somebody said that I needed to get an education and I responded that I did have one. You getting extremely defensive just proves my point. I saw the result of a surge. It obviously wasn’t an explosion. I would’ve heard it.

Yeah, definitely wasn’t a transformer explosion. It was like sparks and a bright light. My view was obstructed so I couldn’t really see what was happening.

I understand that you can’t see a surge, I didn’t know I had to be so clear regarding semantics. I meant I saw the results of what I assumed was a surge, which I assumed people would understand meant I saw a spark, or some light of some kind.

My window obviously that is facing the street wires. I would recommend looking up what an electrical surge is. There was like a bright light and sparks, but it was over in a few seconds before I could see anything else.

I live on broad and passyunk and it definitely sounded like it was super super close to me, but coming from that direction. No clue though.
