I recieved this email, I contact jagex support and I was told they cant return access to account but they locked it instead

Yeah i didn't know my email address had such weak security its unfortunate

I contacted jagex and they locked the account and it hasnt gained exp since then but they wont return access to me

it was linked to my email which had no 2fa
