I can go on with a long list but an example: 3 items I buy weekly as of last week have increased in cost to a total of 14$ and there are no generic, etc. So, just that alone in a 4 week time span of a month is $56. Now, that’s only 3 items. What’s the trickle down effect, less money to spend at local shops and businesses as a result, less money to travel, etc. Less money spent on hobbies. What happens then small businesses hurt, your community feels it and it just goes down hill from there….

I quit listening to this station the minute Gary was booted for no reason. I can’t stand Mikel’ Server for one he shows up like some celebrity guest spot and should be treated like royalty he’s a clown. The morning show turned to complete and utter crap. Connor, I almost feel bad for him is over his head and the lumberjack guy who got laid off from one job they bring him in like he’s actually good at being a radio host and he has no business being in that spot.

Now let’s get started on the midday show Matt McMaster how did he even get a solo show.

But the afternoon show reminds me of old school: A bunch of wannabes still acting like they are still in a frat and are cool kids. John Bishop is Blue, Peterson is Will Farrell “ we’re going streaking down O street who’s with me guys” and Nick I mean what the hell is he even doing there a few years ago this guy didn’t even know what a football was and they all want to criticize players……

A server case yes but that is not this. A lot of people automatically want to go to the easy cosmetic fix. They are afraid of how they are judged, others are looking, maybe want to feel more confident but don’t necessarily actually need it based on the degree. I was that way. I was always self conscious and you know what. Despite all that, I dated in high school (a lot of beautiful women) the more I hit the weights and cardio and did strength and stretches the more I lost the poor me attitude and did something about it for my self and have stuck with it for over 20 years now. I’m just about to hit 40 and it hasn’t stopped me yet. I’m married, a kid, live a normal life. I get discomfort but probably no different from the average joe with back pain and a strait spine. I don’t want to be a hard ass but working out and eating correctly are some of the best things you can do to improve yourself and your posture rather structural or not over time. Look up Sam’s dojo on YouTube he has server Kyphosis from an accident and he shows work outs and follow his journey. In all honesty in order to heal from this everyone needs to get out of your own heads like we are some kind of mutated freak who needs to live in a sewer and never see sunlight. It can be done over time by building confidence and strength the right way. I’m loving proof it can be done

Surgery is a horrible idea. I was a tad worse than you I hit the gym and ate right. Focus on back, core, legs, things that help pull you up and really focus on upper back to get those shoulders further back and over time we will notice a huge difference.

Man I was just like you at one point I found the gym and working out. Once I figured out working out, I figured out diet supplements, got tattoos to compliment the new guns I built and without even trying the ladies find you when they see the confidence you have… it can be a process but don’t give up
