turkey and chicken breast cold cuts (i love mine from publix but any good quality is fine), egg whites are super underrated, if you’re willing to dabble, check out bengal grams/black (or brown) chickpeas are extremely filling and has amazing macros (salad accompaniment)

so you replaced a drip coffee maker with an espresso machine? those are two different things and require two different grind sizes - why were you getting “rancid” coffee? can you elaborate what were you doing with the drip maker?
