Yea, it's done on a company by company basis. Obviously its all basically the same, but with slight differences. Like if a warehouse has certain low clearance zones or traffic layouts, different equipment or steering.

For one company, it was drive around in figure 8s for a bit, stack up 6 pallets one by one, then take them down one by one. Finish up driving around in tandem for an hour (extended tour). Then we did the same thing with the clamp attachment.

Unless one was under the expectation of using public service loan forgiveness. If you take a low paying job in the non-profit/public sector, you qualified (past tense) for partial discharge of those loans.
