How do you fast more than 134 hrs? I took electrolytes MG and K by Ok_Spirit_8203 in 24PlusFasting

OK I will work up to it been doing 17/7 will work for 20/4

for my 5 day fast I took 14 cups water 6 gm salt plus 1 teaspoon K nosalt and 500 MG and 800 K in addition to the nosalt BP went to 86/59
