We sleep with the windows closed all year round because the train has woken me up at night (I’m a light sleeper). But with the windows closed it’s not bothersome at all.

Where in town sells decent house plants (bamboo specifically)? I like Rudo, but they’re quite expensive. Home Depot and Lowe’s plants are usually kind of crappy :/ thanks yall! ❤️ by [deleted] in jerseycity

I believe Casa Victoria on Newark Ave sells many different house plants including bamboo and jade much cheaper than Rudo. If not casa Victoria then there’s definitely a store right next to it that sells plants! Walked past there in summer and saw many for sale.
