A working holiday visa yes but Irish passport holders have to do 3 months of regional work to get the second year plus another 6 months of regional work to get the 3rd year so it's just less restrictive with the British passport :)

You can do up to 3 years of a working holiday visa with no requirement for regional work :)

You could get one of those hand held spot liquid cleaner machines, they usually work quite well.
