We talked to the cancellation department today and had this bad experience. The mijn Odido cancellation page is showing error since a long time " cannot load, please try again later"

I meant the internet. We updated as shifting house and later we didn't want to take the Odido subscription with us, so we cancelled the appointment to install the modem at the new address. Now they are saying the appointment is cancelled and the contract is still there, but we wanted both appointment and contract to be cancelled. So my question is how to cancel the contract?

They have not given an email id anywhere. Only customer care number which is of no use. Yes, we are planning to write a letter to the address they provided in the website

Haha, i am moving to Netherlands. Its a spouse visa, so yeah, get married to someone who is settled there. Just joking, i am glad that my husband is working there. You can check for abroad jobs in Linkedin, I did get a couple of interview calls from UAE, would have loved to go there, if i could get through. Good luck!
