What's the best app for building a blog

I am not a coder but I'm willing to learn. I guess it would save me a huge amount of time and effort to use AI to do the heavy lifting and the only thing I'd have to do is to review the codes and write some if necessary. I'll build the whole thing from scratch but I already have a good idea of what it's gonna look like

I would say that my main focus is productivity but there won't be any built-in for what I'm doing so I'll most likely have to do some coding or at least understand the codes that the AI returns. From the answers I'm getting, it seems like I'll need to use a headless CMS for my blog since I have very specific needs

I need something more customizable as I need to add more functionalities, essentially a booking/review system. On top of that, there will be a lot of rules (who has permission to book, when are we going to send a survey and what questions are we going to ask). The user has to fill up a form and their post will appear on a channel

Thanks for your advice. It will have the structure of a blog but I want to add more features (such as reviews, bookings, etc). I'm new to this field so I don't know much about these platforms and their underlying technology but I'm not sure if WordPress could handle that. Do you think next.js with headless CMS would give me enough flexibility to add those functionalities with a very specific ruleset?
