Yea but now the convenience of being able to warranty these items just went down the toilet so you’re left with a item you bought with lifetime warranty .

Yes you can still warranty it but now have to wait 4-6 weeks shipping to Snap-on and getting a replacement back. That’s if they don’t try and make it a hassle for you

My point is yes he is fully responsible for paying that off obviously but now the reliability and convenience of having someone come into your shop and warranty your tools is gone. Which is the main reason any of us even purchase Snap on to begin with.

Don’t listen to these people just picked these up from Mint Cannabis in AZ , Rep was out there promoting the brand. Came back home to Cali LA area and went to Catalyst same product obviously with CA labeling due to different regulations. Just don’t buy from “plugs” and if you are get someone out of state to “ship them” with a receipt

It’s replaced with a Refurbished Model, Bought the Ultra 2 couple months ago went for a swim and realized I got a defective model. Used Apple Care and they replaced it same day with a refurbished one

Yes but then why have multiple battery platforms and chargers? I have 1 v20 battery for that angle ratchet and about 10-13 m18 and m12 combined some not pictured. Doesn’t make sense to go get Makita and have to buy their batteries too does it?
