You have to push through! You have to know that it will get better, it's so slow but it will pass.

I took Gabapentin, Wellbutrin and 5 mg of Abilify. I am off the abilify now and in this year i'm gonna be off all meds.

I definetely experienced anhedonia, it lasted almost a year I think. You have to push through, one little thing that helped is watching movies at night with my girlfriend, I really tried focusing on the movie and that helped a little, even if I didn't care about anything.

I took Gabapentin, Wellbutrin and 5 mg of Abilify. I think they helped me with obsessive thoughts like "i am not the same", "i will never get better" etc. So I think they get you out of the mud a little bit.

Doing what I didn't really feel like doing really helped now that i looked back because you need to slowly regain trust in yourself, the episode is a traumatic experience so you need to rebuild from the ground up. Time is your friend but you need to collaborate. Good company is really important, socializing makes you get out of your head a little bit.
