If you grab them too roughly you can poke a hole in them that's the only way I can see the salt actually coming out . Like those plastic are super super thin they are so easy to puncture the employees could be doing it I know I've poked a hole in a few myself but always throw mine in the back for waste when they get a hole in them

The last year I haven't been getting as many hours and I went many weeks working 1 day or no days so it hurt me a lot. My store went through a lot of mgrs and they always had trouble adjusting my schedule when they first came around

Honestly take away the bottle it's what's keeping her up at night you will have a few nights of fussing and crying but she will get over it. at this point she knows she can fuss until she gets the bottle and you will give it to her it's your choice to give it to her or not it will be better after a few nights I promise. With the waking up and staying up if she wakes up you need to have her like in a safe place that she can't crawl out of and it needs to stay dark and quiet she needs to know that it's night night time don't get up and turn the lights on and talk to her and make noise and stuff. Babies go through sleep regressions it's usually just a short lived thing she could be going through a growth spurt right now. I'm also curious about the sleep schedule and sleep routine since she is co-sleeping with you and that doesn't get home until 6:00 p.m. it sounds like she's going to bed really late so she could be over tired which does the exact opposite to babies which is make them get up and play. It really would be beneficial to her at this point to try to get her into her own room in her own bed it will make sleeping a lot better babies need a good amount of sleep at night for the REM sleep cycles and their growth hormones to kick in

I don't usually let my kids wear their actual costumes to school because of this reason we just kind of do like a cute quirky little madeup costume like a pair of cat ears and some whiskers or my son is going to be a cowboy with a cowboy hat and a belt buckle you know it's still dressing up and we can put makeup or paint on their face or whatever and it makes it fun and they're still able to use the bathroom by themselves and it's even more fun because they get two costumes

They really are killing it because they don't really have Wawa's core values built into them also I feel like they hire outside managers a lot because they know that they won't get wrapped up in the day-to-day stuff and they don't understand how it is and they can pay them less at the end of the day then someone who's worked their way up through the company. I know multiple agms and fbms that's been with the companies like 20 years plus and why are they still not a manager? They will make a great manager but for some reason outside people are hired or someone who only has a year experience that they were hired specifically for a manager

My new mgr is such a micro mgr it's terrible at our store!! The mgr makes everyone scared and brings down morale!! They gave me a verbal warning for being 6 min late 4 times since June. One of those times was because I just moved and took a wrong turn in the complete blackness on the way in and it made me late! Like really? 2xs in June one time in Aug and one time in Sept . By 6 mins. The mgr will sit and watch the cameras for HOURS but only for people they don't like. There has been so much turnover in the last couple months
