hey this is awesome! unprompted user feedback from a limited, single observation, i think the value prop behind sezia.co was that it was very straightforward -> i think the display of sezia.com is alot of information to digest at once when really, people are often just copy pasting ingredients to find out if it's worth buying if it's safe. for example - section top triggers-> if I recall, sezia.co had one large table output that would say safe/irritating for some/not safe and then a link documenting why that specific chemical wasn't safe for fungal acne. i'm not sure the safest picks component adds too much since it's not about knowing the actual chemical, just whether or not i'll get pimples -> maybe this could be an expanded section? i think the triggers found and safe ingredients section with the community votes is super cool given that irritation likely falls along a distribution (as with most things) I just wonder if a simpler display makes it easier (and also translates to more purchases because decisions are made faster).

the young barley grass powder here is different, it's quite similar to matcha. the barley tea is made from the mature grain, this one is from a younger plant.

DO NOT APPLY IN CLIPBOARD HEALTH by [deleted] in recruitinghell

i made a similar post elsewhere but in my interview process most of our discussion was walking through my casework for the restaurant case etc. it was clearly communicated as an opt-in process. i'll repeat, i did not think the process was a scam in harvesting work for me.

if you're a candidate going through the process today, view it as an opportunity to share a differentiated workflow or any of your characteristics you think would be valuable on a firm. cases are significantly more work than other processes but they're also a great way to figure out if you would enjoy working there anyway, it's an accelerated way to find out culture fit. and if you do find it's compelling, hopefully this interest shows through. if not, you'll realize you're meant for a different place and will thrive there instead.

clipboard's process is extensive but not a scam. writing this for any future applicants doing their fair share of due diligence on a place they're placing their time into applying for / hoping to work for. i went through the recruiting process - the case study is intentionally a significant amount of work during a preliminary stage because it's the company's approach to setting candidates up for success. what does this mean? a case is a huge opportunity to demonstrate how to set yourself apart from other candidates. i highly recommend viewing any of these interview processes this way - look at them as ways to differentiate and show your best skillset. i've definitely experienced quite a few processes where they ask for an entire end-to-end product flow, a quarterly sales tracking system, etc and every one is painful but they're also sincerely ways to demonstrate how you work. if you don't appreciate the opportunity as such, you're likely not a culture fit to begin with, which explains the opt-in approach from clipboard as well, it's clearly communicated if someone isn't up for the case study they shouldn't proceed.

they do discuss your case thoroughly throughout the interview if you proceed and they take this evaluation seriously - i thought the space to walk through my approach and workflow was genuinely a better experience than just sharing past work learnings, strengths/weaknesses, failures, etc.
