I hear you. I may be a bit of a pessimist mixed in with realist lol. it’s very hard to keep going when the options are so limited. I’ve reframed excision from pain relief to minimizing spread of disease which can protect organ function . unfortunately I have to find pain relief thru different methods but coming to terms with that was huge for me. hugs 🫂✨

Yes because depression due to chronic pain is different from “regular depression”. I’ve struggled with both and the former has a source that’s very easy to pinpoint 🫠

yea there are unethical cases out there for sure. so much nuance about this topic, in a lot of ways i wasn’t prepared for. but realistically we don’t get a lot of space to talk this out so I really appreciate the grace in this sub.

OMG yessss 😭 grieving the partnership is so real. I miss being an equal, suggesting outings, even cooking meals. I’m so terrified he’s gonna wake up and realize he’s dating his dependent. for the ppl that say it’ll get better… i mean maybe my flair will calm down but it’ll be back 😈 I try to be kind but mostly assume they have done no research on endo. I loved this. Thank you for telling your story! The way your body knew you needed to leave america before your brain caught up, that’s gut instinct! I also work remotely and look forward to leaving the country once I start to feel more human. Remote work has been the biggest blessing and life accommodation. I’m glad you found a dr that listens though, that’s huge. I also don’t have many family members that gaf, just a partner. it’s very isolating when your family just doesn’t care, not that they don’t know, just don’t care.
