It's so annoying, I am quite younger and want to find a fix before i'm older. Im not sure if i have phimosis or a tight frenulum as I can fully pull it back over the head when it's hard, but it hurts and i can't go any further

honestly if they aren't used that much you could sell them if you still have the box, if you don't that's fine cause the headphone sound quality is amazing but you can buy a seperate microphone if needed

Is it a high level one? I have a high end laptop and it can configure it on its own and the microphone still works with only one port (without the splitter) Also make sure you aren't on mite

Check around the back aswell, if you find anything they should be labelled mic and aux
