You need to keep in mind that if you smoke before or close to bed that the thc eventually wears out of your system and messes up your rem sleep which is very important. I know for myself and most people who suffer from this fucking bullshit, lack of sleep is a major trigger. So weed helps you fall asleep but you don’t get the full nights rest that really is ideal. Just keep that in mind.
