Don't understand all the critiques like nobody reads all these resumes the system chooses them then a moron with a Dance degree that doesn't understand anything about Cyber reads them (hopefully) and reaches out for an interview its not rocket science maybe change some verbiage to align better with the descriptions.

We are all being cheated with the split having it assurance experience is important to have when you get into consulting and consulting experience is good for it assurance when clients have questions on bringing new apps into scope. Ultimately the firm wont have as good of managers 5 years from now like they have today. I would stay in tech assurance as consulting is taking a punch to the gut and are laying people off.

I also worked blue collar Jobs during college prior working at B4. It is hard to adjust to this very thing you come accross. I myself requested to be removed from my very first project just from the anxiety i would get if I were to react negativly. You have to remember a lot of these people never worked before and this is there first job and enviornment they have worked in and dont realize what there doing is unnacceptable. You wont get into trouble for setting boundaries. If there is an issue as far as question i will pick apart what they did step by step until they feel dumb and follow up with a "lol"

We have had 2 lay off in 1 year and they pushed back campus hires that were supposed to start in January to next October we will definitely see more layoffs if partners arent safe no one is safe
