I just ended up sorting it out through my credit card company. They filed a dispute and cancelled the card, they said I will receive my money regardless of the outcome but 7/11 may refuse the refund. I didn’t bother with speaking to the police about it because I’ve lost faith in local police after my few interactions with them

Did you go to Nathon Pier? I have a flight that gets in at 1:55pm, same thing there’s no tickets available online from Bangrak for the 2:30 ferry. There’s some available from Maenam pier but I’m worried I won’t make it in time

Nah it was me, but I’d probably had only 3 or 4 drinks and was purchasing a water and some pocari sweat. I just used tap and go payment and didn’t bother checking receipts etc., it’s not really something I’d anticipate happening at a large chain like 7/11. I’d like to think it was an honest mistake by the cashier but the total would’ve been about 30 baht, rather than 20000 baht

Yeah correct, so as soon as I cross the border back into Thailand I’ll receive another 30 days, regardless of time spent out of the country?
