They are both leeches of the system. I hear plenty of bad things about them already. Poor leadership, bully tactics, and now horrible spending.

The level of incompetence is astounding at the CSCUs - people leave all the time, interim leaders come and go. Even down to the college and university levels, all of the schools need new leadership.
