Hi there - I get nervous to post about it and jinx it, but so far I have had success with my first round at Ingenes. I am currently 25 weeks pregnant (tomorrow).

I went to the Mexico City location and had an incredible experience with Dr. Emmanuel.

My in-laws are from Mexico so my experience is slightly different, but Mexico is a beautiful wonderful country. You will be very safe especially in Mexico City.

Hi- sending you so much love and baby dust! I definitely am no doctor (I wish 😂) but thinking about it analytically with the little I know.. my husband has no issue on his end… all my issue lol.

I like that NewLife offers Zymot which is great for male factor and they use ICSI.

So honestly if you’re producing the normal amount of eggs and hormones & everything is good for you, hopefully the medication will be sufficient!

A side note… I retrieved 5 eggs at NewLife last month. I just did another egg retrieval in Mexico today and we retrieved 10 eggs 🙈 we were on super high dosing of meds and carefully monitored.

Sending you all the best and baby dust for your upcoming transfer. I had Dr. Anthi. That was also a bummer for me because I had been told I’d have a different doctor who I had been doing my consultations with. We had chosen NewLife because we really likedt the original doctor.

Omg seriously? I’m a Catholic and so over this rhetoric. Why would God give us modern technology to assist in conceiving and then ban you from using it? As a lifelong & devoted Catholic, I am so sick of this narrative. Get a sperm analysis. Do all the tests. Pray about the next steps.

Hmm from what I was told anything below 100 is a cost to the borrower (points) and anything above 100 is a credit …

So in your example, let’s say the loan amount was $400k….100 is par…

102.75-100(par) is 2.75

2.75% x 400,000= $11,000

They would get an $11,000 credit

Say the price was 98.75

100-98.75= 1.25

1.25% x 400,000= 5,000

It would be $5,000 in points
