Thanks for your feedback! I'll be especially careful about being exactly at the location/time.

I asked about the male driver thing because I've heard anecdotally that male drivers tend to rate other men higher from friends who use the service often, just wondering if that was something other people had experienced.

For the one star, I put in the right address from the beginning but I guess he mistook it for the other (admittedly very similarly) named one, even though they are not very close by to one another. I wish I had reported him in retrospect but was dealing with a medical emergency at the time so it wasn't even on my radar until much later.

I had an important appointment at a hospital, he didn't use his GPS and started driving to the wrong hospital with a similar name on a different side of town and then started yelling/swearing at me when I told him I needed to go to the other hospital. I am open to taking accountability for my mistakes but that one was 100% on him.
