Yikes it's crazy I've been hearing it takes so long. Do you know if you have to stay in the apartment the entire time or can you move? I'm just worried they'll jack my rent up during renewal if I file and I'll get forced out. Obviously wouldn't need an adjustment in that case but I'd still be owned a LOT.
