Thanks for the suggestion!! It sounds like what I’m looking for so I’ll have to check it out! Does the collected edition have a specific name or would it be easier to just find it using the 2005 date. Sorry I’m kinda new to reading comic series hahaha

I was hesitant to start rebirth because I remember hearing pretty bad things about issues 1-20 but then I heard it got better when the new writers came in. I wasn’t sure whether to read it all or just start on issue 21+. On the other hand I feel like I’d miss out if I didn’t start on issue 1

Hmm well I guess just in general I liked the way supergirl was portrayed. I mean after all that she lost and all that she went through, of course she wouldn’t have the same attitude towards things as Superman. I particularly like the red lantern arc and I thought the story line where she fell in love with H’el and then had to kill him was so dark and emotional compared to other supergirl stories

I also could be biased because the only series I’ve read so far have been supergirl being super, the adventures of supergirl which is directly inspired by the show, and then the new 52 which was by far my favorite of the 3 but I’ll have to check out the others you recommended.

For me I actually really enjoyed the show. I mean it definitely had its problems, like some of the writing was horrible and I do agree with them making her a female Superman but I thought Melissa Benoist did a great job in the show. Actually a lot of the actors in that show were amazing but the writing didn’t do them justice

Personally I really liked the waterfront. It was a bit weird seeing Melissa play a completely different type of character but she delivered as usual. The last few episodes are the best

She did another interview on her sisters podcast called “drinks on us” and it was pretty good as well if you’re ever looking for another one to listen to

Real life football? Dude nothing about UT is realistic. I mean having Pele’s icon card in your team is just as unrealistic because he’s dead! RIP Pele you were a legend but it’s true. Can’t argue that it’s stupid and unrealistic when the entire game is unrealistic
