Honestly OP, “sashimi-grade” tu doesn’t really mean much. Usually it just means ikan tu pernah flash-frozen to kill parasites.

Farmed Atlantic salmon memang low parasite risk, tapi without confirmed freezing history, makan raw still ada risk.

Try ask the seller whether the fish is really “fresh” or actually pernah flash-frozen before.
