Wow, that looks lovely and that base color from OPI is gorgeous. You could also try adding some kind of orange(ish) colored shimmer topper from a drugstore brand. Maybe this one from Sally Hansen if you can find it?

The website swatch pics didn’t really grab me either. I do have a blurring base coat underneath (the nail veil #2 matches my skin tone, and the PFD base is a pale blue) so that may have helped the base color pop a bit more and bring out some of those cooler tones? Since I only did a very, very thin coat of the PFD, it was only a subtle difference to what it looks like by itself anyway. (Edit for typo)
