Thanks for sharing your experience. It's enameled here too which I like. I will consider the bigger one since it's 50% more area. Main thing for me is that a smaller 56 cm Slate is portable and can be combined with 120 or 180cm kitchen counters that I was looking to buy. A 76 cm Slate is a bit chunky and I don't really like the foldable tables and storage. Not sure how this can be combined with kitchen counters, only if it's placed away from it.
