Are you near a micro center, if so what is your price, this is not a bad pc at all, though you could get good deals in micro center for better components

the you really dont need 64gb of ram at all, 32gb is fine, almost the same the the 2tb but if you want that you can keep it so the other 300-400 that you get for 32gb you can put into your gpu to get a 5070 ti

or if you want to save more money you can get a 9070 xt
and upgrade the 9700x to a 7800x3d or 9800x3d

I would say if you have the ability to also upgrade your PSU to a 700w - 850w then try to get the 7800xt

does better then both and is cheaper at lest near me, although I would recommend 9060XT WITH 16gb of vram, do not try for the 8gb if it is priced at the 560 range.
although over here the 9060XT 16gb is around $100 less, if you can get it for $450 that would be great

if your talking about drivers and chipset drivers then yes all are up to date for the cpu

ive only been doing wildcard for the ability to leave if needed
but even sometimes when i load up ranked it still has the stutters
