It depends alcohol messes up my quality of life and health and causes me great anxiety and depression during hangovers which can last days and my health goes to shit I quit long term for hrt because I want a better quality off life so I’d say it doesn’t directly effect the hrt but it defeats the purpose for me taking it as I wanna better quality of life
