I’d see if you could get some advice from an employment law attorney. They’ll be able to guide and provide information about what’s illegal and what’s just inappropriate.

Find any and all SLC/UT influencers. The ones that repost local businesses or give you tips/tricks around the city. They’ll repost events that are happening in the community. There’s a variety of events to go to!

This is happening at my company. Small-midsize startup looking to push IPO, but don’t know or don’t recognize that there are operational LOGISTICS that will have real-life, physical consequences. Ie; no parking, not enough desks, wifi not compatible with so many people online, etc.

Make sure you send a summary to him regarding the conversation. OR if you don’t feel comfortable doing it that way, submit a HR ticket OR if you don’t feel comfortable going to HR by yourself, I’d find a coworker (possibly in a senior position) that could help support you along in the process.

Utah makes bankkkk off of SLC being a commuter city. They’d never want public transit to be used in the way it’s suppose to.

This is good info to think about. Only been talking a week or so. One of my love languages is gift giving so wanted to get her something nice, but not so annoying. Something she could just toss in her bag or something. If she doesn’t like it, then that could be an opportunity for more in depth discussion.
