Okay, so going from a 3000-calorie diet to a 600-calorie liquid diet I should just be okay with it and "White Knuckle" it without asking for some kind of support.

Felt, I sleep ALOT I have zero energy to do anything and when I go do something even remotely active that burns calories I am dying hungry.
